FLORENCE — Representatives from PREIT and Magnolia Mall announced today that a lease has been signed with PetSmart. The retailer will occupy 18,089 square feet in the Commons at Magnolia, a community center located adjacent to Magnolia Mall. Construction has begun and PetSmart will celebrate its grand opening in Spring 2010.
PetSmart, Inc. is the largest specialty retailer of services and solutions for the lifetime needs of pets. The company operates more than 1,145 pet stores in the United States and Canada, more than 156 in-store PetsHotels cat and dog boarding facilities and Doggie Day Camps, and is a leading online provider of pet supplies and pet care information. PetSmart provides a broad range of competitively priced pet food and pet supplies; offers complete pet training, pet grooming and pet adoption services.
