Renovations to the Kingstree corporate location of Farmers Telephone Cooperative Inc., which began in July, have been completed.

The renovations included several enhancements including an additional drive-thru payment window; an additional payment station at the internal payment counter; display cases for specialty phones, wireless phones, and accessories; and a redesigned payment counter.

“We are pleased that the renovations to our Kingstree corporate office are now complete and we can better serve our customers,” CEO Brad Erwin said in a press release. “FTC is committed to providing the best possible products and services and these upgrades surely provide a more open atmosphere and better customer service experience for FTC patrons.”

Founded in 1952, Farmers Telephone Cooperative Inc. serves more than 60,000 customers within a coverage area of 3,000 miles in Williamsburg, Lee, Sumter, Clarendon and Florence counties. It is the second largest telephone cooperative in the United States. For more information, call (888) 218-5050 or visit www.ftc-i.net online.
