Renovations to the Kingstree corporate location of Farmers Telephone Cooperative Inc., which began in July, have been completed.
The renovations included several enhancements including an additional drive-thru payment window; an additional payment station at the internal payment counter; display cases for specialty phones, wireless phones, and accessories; and a redesigned payment counter.
“We are pleased that the renovations to our Kingstree corporate office are now complete and we can better serve our customers,” CEO Brad Erwin said in a press release. “FTC is committed to providing the best possible products and services and these upgrades surely provide a more open atmosphere and better customer service experience for FTC patrons.”
