Anne Carpenter has been promoted to director of resource and development for the Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina.
Carpenter formerly was the funddevelopment manager. Her new responsibilities include overseeing the resource and development department, as well as the fund raising and marketing department.
Carpenter has a bachelor’s degree in home economics from Georgia Southern University. She has been employed by the Girl Scouts for the past 17 years.
