Coldwell Banker McMillan Tiller buys Options Real Estate

Coldwell Banker McMillan Tiller and Associates has purchased Options Real Estate Elvington and Associates in Florence.

Options Real Estate founded by Janet Elvington in 2005. Along with Elvington, Tammy Balakhnin and Renee McCutcheon will join Coldwell Banker McMillan Tiller and Associates.

“I am so excited that Options Real Estate is with Coldwell Banker McMillan Tiller and Associates,” said W. Joe McMillan Jr. owner and broker-in-charge of Coldwell Banker McMillan Tiller and Associates, said in a press release issued Wednesday. “Without the management responsibilities, Janet will have time to give her clients unprecedented service.”

The “Angels” advertising campaign will continue under the Coldwell Banker name.

Coldwell Banker McMillan Tiller and Associates has served Florence for 26 years and has 20 full-time agents.

Coldwell Banker has 4,000 offices and 126,000 sales agents in 30 countries and territories and is the No. 1 real estate franchise by Franchise Times Magazine.
