Anderson Brothers Bank has received all state and Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. regulatory approvals to begin construction on a new branch in Longs.
The new 4,000-square-foot full-service branch will be located at S.C. 9 and Cloverleaf Drive near Parkway Plaza.
Cameron Jackson of Anderson Brothers Bank’s lending team will direct operations as branch manager, and the office staff will include representatives from the bank’s home mortgage center.
The branch will also feature drive-up teller windows, an ATM and onsite lending officers. Atkinson Construction will begin construction this fall, and the branch’s projected opening is slated for February 2009.
With this addition, Anderson Brothers Bank will have 20 branches throughout the Pee Dee and Coastal regions of the state.
