Laci Hanna, senior branch office administrator at the Edward Jones office of Arthur T. Moore Jr. in Florence, has been honored for her client service excellence.
The recognition earned Hanna an invitation to Edward Jones’ annual Branch Office Administrators Managing Partner’s Conference in September at the firm’s St. Louis headquarters. The three-day event will pool 300 of Edward Jones’ branch office administrators to collectively recognize and reward their client service excellence, as well as highlight the activities needed to provide excellent client service.
