ABC Supply Co. Inc. has promoted Robert Robinson, manager of its Florence store, to managing partner.
Robinson joined ABC Supply in 1995 and was named manager of the Florence branch in 2004.
As a managing partner, he will continue to oversee the Florence branch and will take on additional responsibilities. He will become a member of ABC Supply’s National Branch Advisory Board, which advises senior management on a wide range of topics, including strategic initiatives, branch expansion, product development, technology, branch operation and company policy.
To be selected for the managing partner program, Robinson had to meet stringent criteria in the areas of customer satisfaction, associate development, improvement in branch performance, safety compliance and excellence in overall business practices.
